Directions for all smoothies:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender, with the liquids on the bottom. Blend on low speed until the mixture is combined but still coarse in texture, about 10 seconds. Increase the blender to high speed and puree until it’s completely smooth, 20 to 40 seconds longer. Season with additional sugar (sweetener) to taste and serve immediately.
If you need to cut the calories (which most of us do! haha) substitute the sugar for splenda or another sweetener such as truvia! That cut’s the calories down by 45!
